the smears contain mostly blood with a few follicular cells, which show oncocytic change and a few macropgages.....in the cell block there are macrophages, a few follicles that are lined by oncocytes and blood clot.

COMMENTS:
an oncocytic lesion needs to be considered.

so there we go, a 4cm scar and an ugly neck for me:'(
