work today was quite boring, and tiring. but there was one candidate who was really cute! ahh so blur somemore first he didn't take out his ID then at the end he din write date, time, paper code, qn numbers, calculator model. haha like sotong but quite cute haha tauhuay ask me go break with him funny ah funny onli privileged (MOI) can go for breaks but i chose not to HAH

wah and i was very happy before that cuz i found a nice *** and i bought it so sup-dup cheap! but after work i went there and i saw so so so SO many nice stuff like a nice blouse and one million nice sandals which i totally need but ACK no $$ and i dun dare to spend before earning wah i really got willpower to walk out of there with only my ONE purchase b4 work:)

#1:..had taken their eighteen year old daughter to have her wisdom teeth pulled, under general anesthesia. the anesthesiologist inserted the breathing tube into her esophagus instead of her trachea....failed to spot the error...deprived of oxygen, (the girl) died within minutes.

#2: a doctor was unable to stop bleeding after removing a tumour from a patient which later was discovered to be benign. it was a clean kill.

both doctors to family:im sorry, but the operation did not go as well as we had hoped.

how honest should doctors/surgeons be with the patient's family? should he ever admit to the patient&family that he was wrong? hospital lawyers say no.

if we don't let interns try their hands at surgery for fear that they might make mistakes, then they will never be able to learn. but how far should we go to allow them to "try out" their skills on the sick? would YOU allow your child/family member to be operated on by a newbie surgeon? i wouldn't you know. and i bet in like hospitals where the hierachy is known to all the doctors there, they wudden let a greenhorn operate on say, a resident's or attending's child.

okay many thought and disagreements coming out as i read yet another medical book -"complications. a surgeon's notes on imperfect science."

driving today was quite terrible i mounted curb like THREE times woot lose alrd. haha but i tell u arh the car like lan pok sai liddat can the higher gear i switched to the LOUDER the engine became. hello i pay so much $$ please let me use the new car thanks i appreciate it.
