If everyone had a bank, and everyday, we are given $86400 to use. at the end of the day, there is no carry forward, no over-draft. everything that is unused will be taken away. how will we spend this money?

Each of us is given a bank something like this. everyday, we are given 86400 seconds to use. at the end of the day, every second not used carefully will still be erased, and any unused time cannot b carried forward.

Really, what are we doing with the time God has given to us?how much of this time am i devoting to God?

Some parents say that although they spend a short time with their children every day/week, what they spend is quality time..

REALLY?

so what is quality time? is any second of more quality than another?

i don't think so.

a lecturer was teaching his students on time management. he took a jug, and placed some big rocks in it until no more big rocks could fit in. he then asked his class, "is the jar full?"

everyone resounded with a yes.

then he took some pebbles and poured them into the jar until they reached the brim. "is the jar full now?" asked the lecturer.

this time, no one dared to answer.

then the lecturer poured some fine sand into the jar, and filled it to the brim."is the jar full now?" he asked.

"yes" came the replies from the students.

then the lecturer took a pitcher of water and poured it into the jar.

"what is the lesson we can learn?" asked the lecturer.

at once, many hands shot up. one student answered, "no matter how busy our schedule is, we can always squeeze in more things to do."

"WRONG!" said the lecturer.

"the lesson learnt is this: we must place the big rocks into our lives first, before the smaller ones can go in."

what are the big rocks in our lives? is is Christ, or is it our school work, relationships, ccas and family? are we placing Christ as first priority in our schedule, before fitting in others?

how do i become a better steward of of my time?

im so hungry, i could do well with a bowl of fishball noodles. i ate an apple for lunch and haven eaten dinner. gawsh so anorexic i might as well skip tmr's meals too.

school today was fun. school IS fun anw, just that i dun like exams:P

flew over to ctrl library after biod with zoey to meet daniel and darryl. GAWSH it's been so long since i've seen the both of em! and it's always heartwarming to see familiar faces around in sch, esp if they are from vcf=)

the bus ride was a killer i was sure i could fall and sit on the floor my cg (centre of gravity not contact group zoey-.- ) was so off.

and luckily we are girls we could sit on the btc1!

ft was fun i like!i like meeting old and new friends at ft=)=) i met long lost friend SHEN KIAT wah lose my number summore!talked to a record number of pple, namely: zoey nic, cheryl, sien, ivan,daniel,guangrong, matthew beard tay, chris, darryl, zx, yuxuan, nelson,sk, yiling.. i think tt's all..hmm i should start making more friends in cf!(=

on saturday i went with smoley friend to get rims! super cool i never EVER saw myself shopping for car stuff! and i realise it IS very fun to do so..esp if u got a VERY GOOD FRIEND'S CAR TO VANDALISE with soft plushy soft toys and cushions and soft steering wheels and seatbelt cushy stuff HAHA dw is so going to kill me if i really deco his car like that he says im like auntie.HUMMMPH!

and we're so getting older, cuz we ate mixed veg rice for lunch. HAHA economic rice crisis!(=
