maybe one day you will know,
how many butterflies i keep in my stomach
how many bus rides i've spent thinking
how many electrical signals my neurons have fired
how many people i've talked to
how many books i've read
how many what-ifs i've had
how many prayers i've said.

yesterday i said a prayer for you. and for me. and for us. i pray that i will be an encouragement, a source of joy, and most importantly, a friend.

i really thank God for you

and maybe all these will end one day, when we realise that God's "the-end" is not ours.
