ran 4k today!good improvement from the prev 2.8:P well i guess i run better when im alone.cuz with gary we talk and i get out of breath! and gary is so evil omg he made me push his bike???!!!hahha the bike is really not a bike anw the seat is miniscule the wheels are skinny the handles are soooo looow i couldnt even get up-_-

i need to get on with my hebrews prep. have been quite slack this week:\

shower tasha today
prepare worship
read shining like stars
write withdrawal letter
settle flight problems
withdraw money for crisis relief
buy ink
continue research on hebrews
spend lotsa time with God
listen carefully to God
pray for you
pray for us.
